Egg
This dignified egg has yellow horns, a green mane, and blue scales. It loves Rain very much, and when raindrops touch it, its whole body shivers pleasantly. It is mainly found where clouds and Rain linger, and it is saturated with moisture.
Hatch
In its hatchling stage, its body is smaller than a magic orb. However, it loves playing with magic orbs. It can cast magic with a magic orb, but only to the extent of summoning a cloud the size of an adult's palm.
Hatchling
As it becomes a Hatchling, it grows large enough to embrace the Yeouiju (Cintamani). The horns on its head are still close to triangular. Thanks to the Yeouiju, it can fly even without wings. It can summon clouds its own size to bring rain, which is said to be not mischief but practice in controlling the weather.
Adult
Upon reaching adulthood, it grows large enough to hold a Yeouiju (Cintamani) in one paw. Its horns also grow large like deer antlers, and its green mane becomes elegantly long. The power of the Yeouiju also strengthens as it matures. Even as an adult, it is a diligent Dragon that never stops training with the Yeouiju. The two horns on Blue Dragon's head grow continuously and are considered symbols of good fortune, often sold at high prices, making them targets for Dragon Hunters. Once a Blue Dragon's horn is cut, it does not grow back, and as a result, some Blue Dragons have taken their own lives.

- The Blue Dragon, which has lived with the Yeouiju since its hatchling days, loves rolling the Yeouiju. As it spends more time handling the Yeouiju, its cloud-making magic also becomes more skilled, and soon, small clouds follow the Blue Dragon wherever it goes.
- Having grown enough to hold a magic orb, the Blue Dragon flies freely through the sky, bringing rain where needed. It also consistently practices magic to summon clouds or disperse excessive rain.
- Blue Dragon, which brings hope to life by bringing rain, balances the Weather with the power of the Yeouiju. It is becoming a true guardian of the Weather by coordinating various atmospheric conditions.
