Adult
It is a dragon that can freely travel between the sky and the sea. Utilizing this characteristic, it enjoys free hunting. It mainly hunts large fish, often encroaching on other dragons' territories due to its electricity. It frequently battles Water Element Type dragons. A sudden large lightning strike on the sea is likely caused by a Blue Lightning Dragon. The fur extending from its neck to its chest does not conduct electricity. For this reason, people are said to check the Blue Lightning Dragon's condition by touching its fur. Electricity flows through its horns and wing scales, so caution is needed when touching it. When a Blue Lightning Dragon flies, static electricity often occurs between the clouds.

- A hatched Blue Lightning Dragon worries that others might get hurt by its electrical discharge, so it often watches quietly from a distance. It usually hides its body in the water, peeking out only its eyes to observe.
- It dislikes harming others with its electricity and flees if it accidentally electrocutes someone. Through growth, it strives to control its electricity, practicing to create small, tingling bolts instead of powerful lightning.
- Once its surroundings adapt to electricity, it discharges with its wings in relief. As an adult, its hunting skills have improved and accidents have decreased. Through training, it precisely controls lightning and reflexively strikes with lightning in times of crisis.
