Ecology
Egg
It is so gorgeous it could be mistaken for a flower, and light-emitting antennae sprout from it. It has the mysterious property that its appearance instantly vanishes when the antennae's light goes out. Since it only reveals itself for fleeting moments, meticulous observation is needed for its discovery.
Hatch
It keeps its eyes closed from its hatch stage. Its wings are small, and the antennae on its forehead are quite large and dazzling, so it always keeps its eyes closed. Its tail tip is blunt, and it often disappears. It's unclear whether it teleports or flies away, but its antennae sometimes light up, disappear, and then reappear elsewhere as if playing a trick. No one has ever seen a Hatch Fairy Dragon open its eyes, as it only does so after the light from its antennae has faded.
Hatchling
The evolved hatchling generally grows longer. Its tail and legs lengthen, and its wings grow larger. The wings are very colorful, and it is said that each Fairy Dragon has different colored wings. A fan-like tail fin grows at the tip of its tail. Its antennae shrink, and unlike its hatch stage when it kept its eyes closed, it now walks with its eyes open. Even with its eyes open, it can make itself transparent, and pollen scatters from the tips of its wings with every flap.
Adult
It is as beautiful and splendid as a flower petal. Its translucent wings appear thin, but are actually composed of dense, transparent scales. A floral scent emanates from the tips of its wings, and it is said that the wind generated by the "Fairy Dragon"'s wing beats promotes flower growth. When the light from its antennae disappears, the "Fairy Dragon"'s form can also become hidden. It can make opponents disappear by touching them with its antennae, but most "Fairy Dragon"s are said to use their power to protect themselves.
Observation Log
- They instantly disappear and reappear with the strong light from their antennae, shaking petals and spreading seeds with their wing flaps. Pollen in the air is used for direction sensing and leaving traces.
- It communicates with the light from its antennae and sends warning signals to intruders. Just by making eye contact, it can temporarily halt an opponent's actions.
- It makes opponents disappear with temporary dimensional separation and stabilizes surrounding senses with a flower scent. Upon detecting a threat, it folds its wings, teleports, and appears in a different location.
