Ecology
Egg
It is always enveloped in dense fog, and hazy mist constantly rises around the egg. When hatching is imminent, the frills on its surface unfold splendidly, as if a flower bud is blooming. It secretly nurtures life within the fog, creating a mysterious and dreamlike atmosphere.
Hatch
From the Hatchling stage, it hovers around fog. It often appears at dawn, spending the rest of its time sleeping in deep caves. Its power to absorb fog is not very great, so no matter how much fog it absorbs, its body does not noticeably grow larger.
Hatchling
Unlike when it was a hatch, during its hatchling stage, it can absorb mist through its skin. Haze is known to maintain very moist skin due to the power of mist. Haze in its evolving stage, not yet an adult, sometimes shows clumsiness in humidity control. The humidity in areas where Haze stays becomes very high, which is sometimes used to infer its habitat.
Adult
It is a dragon with free flight, sometimes moving after dispersing parts of its body like mist. On cloudy and foggy days, Haze's body is known to grow larger and generate numerous smoke particles. Haze's skin is very thin yet smooth without a single scratch, which is known to be for protecting its body from smoke particles. It is a dragon skilled at absorbing mist and creating smoke. It creates various forms of smoke, and the smoke Haze produces often contains fine smoke particles like dust. Due to the influence of smoke particles, the smoke created by Haze is known to have a very acrid smell. Among Tamers, it is a popular dragon due to its cute appearance and high combat ability. It is an excellent dragon for escaping crises, as it can create various types of smoke. Because of these abilities, novice Tamers exploring dangerous areas often seek out Haze.
Observation Log
- It mainly appears in foggy dawns, absorbing fog to temporarily increase its size.
- During flight, it disperses parts of its body like mist to move. Its fluid form makes its true nature difficult to grasp, and it employs an evasive Combat style, obscuring vision with mist to hide its body and disorient opponents.
- It moves freely within the fog it creates, absorbing moisture. Where it stays becomes damp, leaving traces. It acts by assimilating with the natural climate, and its activity becomes more vigorous the cloudier the weather.
