Ecology
Egg
This egg wears a hood. As one tries to remove the hood or as hatching approaches, the hood gradually lowers, secretly covering the entire egg. Since the entire hatching process occurs within the hood, no one has ever seen its true form.
Hatch
It carries a bag larger than its own body from its hatchling stage. The bag is full of trapping tools. It often sets traps itself and hunts animals. The hunted animals are either eaten for meals or traded for funds to buy new tools. If it fails to set a trap and gets into trouble with other dragons, it quickly flees.
Hatchling
Unlike when it was a hatchling, during its hatchling stage, its tail grows very large. Its tip is hard and used to strike objects or fight other dragons. It sometimes uses tools to create traps, but it's still clumsy and often fails. There are also instances where it falls into its own traps. Since it was a hatchling, it became accustomed to running fast, developing its legs. Its long legs allow it to charge forward quickly.
Adult
Always wearing a hood, Lakion's hood and bag are full of tools. The type of tools each Lakion collects differs, but most are for setting traps. Lakions sometimes exchange traps they've made, but they don't get along well. Its legs, capable of escaping faster than anyone, are useful not only for running but also for shaking off opponents. It kicks away opponents clinging to it or leaps high to escape danger.
Observation Log
- Lakion drags a bundle around and hunts with traps it made itself. As it grows, it becomes more skilled at setting traps, and even if it accidentally falls into its own trap, it escapes surprisingly quickly.
- As it evolves, Lakion develops an interest in tools and dedicates itself to improving traps. It sometimes incurs resentment by disturbing villages, but quickly disappears before anyone approaches.
- Adult Lakion, reborn as a trap master, creates dozens of trap combinations. It dedicates itself to invention in solitude, preferring a victory method that controls danger with information and technology rather than direct Combat.
