Egg

This egg emerges from where an old tree sleeps, emitting a divine light. The pair of horns sprouting from its upper part are a symbol of life, imbued with the power of purification that heals sick life. It contains sublime energy that brings forth new life at the end of death, and sometimes white sparks like static electricity fly around the egg.

Hatch

It can communicate with everything from small insects to giant animals, and if its body touches a plant, it can read their thoughts. Even by just wandering the forest all day, the Hatchling accumulates a vast amount of information and experience. In the process of learning the flow of the forest, it begins to master how to control the lightning energy within its body, and if it detects even the slightest pollution, it instinctively tries to purify it.

Hatchling

It begins to actively care for the forest's creatures. It primarily looks after small and weak young individuals, and if protection is needed, it cradles them in the knot on its chest, sharing its life force. If monsters or hunters threaten the forest, instead of directly attacking, it creates a thick mist to make them lose their way. However, when corrupted beings attempt to defile the forest, it sometimes sends down weak lightning from the sky, decisively driving them out of the forest.

Adult

Emits powerful vitality to revive dying forests. Animals revere Selora as a guardian deity, but Selora values the balance of nature above all else, never reigning over or commanding them. Able to obtain all information simply by touching plants, Selora mostly wanders the forest alone, searching for places in need of purification. More than a simple guardian, it is closer to a purifier of the forest. No matter how severe the corruption, it thoroughly cleanses it using the power of lightning. When evil energy threatening the forest's peace is detected, it strikes down a massive thunderbolt to eliminate the source of pollution. Unlike its rugged appearance resembling a tree stump, the lightning it summons becomes a white miracle that burns away corruption.

Observation Log

• Selora communicates with small insects, giant animals, and plants to read their thoughts. Simply wandering the forest allows it to naturally absorb vast amounts of information and experiences.
• As it evolves, it cares for weak creatures in the forest and protects young creatures in danger by holding them in its chest cavity. If an intruder appears, it summons a thick mist to make them lose their way, then quietly drives them out of the forest.
• An adult Selora nurtures the forest with vitality and is revered as a guardian deity. Devoted to the cycle and balance of nature, it enjoys communing with plants while quietly wandering the forest and contemplating.
