When it senses a threat, it raises its feathers to guard its surroundings. As hatching approaches, its feathers become harder and sharper, blocking access. It exudes a solemn atmosphere, like a Totem imbued with ancient power, protecting itself.

It can find people making wishes from its hatchling stage. It often moves its body, strongly sensing the energy of wishes. Most hatchling Totem Dragons wander around various places without a specific destination. They show little interest in other dragons or hunting.
Hatchling
Unlike its Hatch form, during its Hatchling phase, it flies through the sky searching for wishes. It becomes less talkative and doesn't interact much with other dragons. It communicates only with other Totem Dragons, moving to find stronger wishes. It can hear many wishes, not only from humans but also from dragons.
Adult
This dragon sometimes lives in groups. It typically travels between high mountain peaks, creating its habitat, then listens to people's wishes and repeatedly departs. This is said to be closer to an instinct to move towards where there are more earnest wishes. The tattoos that appear all over its body are known to grow, influenced from the egg stage. The location or shape of the tattoos changes depending on the entity that has most influenced the Totem Dragon. The Totem Dragon's tattoos are etched into its skin, so even if new scales grow, that spot is said to regenerate in the form of a tattoo. Sometimes, the voices of people can be heard in the Totem Dragon's wingbeats. These are known to be the voices of those who wish upon the Totem Dragon.
Observation Log
- The Totem Dragon only reacts to energy imbued with wishes. When it begins to resonate with someone's earnest desire, the tattoos all over its body move dynamically as if alive.
- Silently listening to wishes, it recites old wishes carried by the wind. Unfulfilled wishes remain in Totem Dragon's memory for a long time.
- Totem Dragon captures memories in totems and tattoos that visualize the wishes of the wish-maker. It has the ability to change temperature with the wind that blows when listening to wishes, purifying energy.
